Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and analyze data related to process performance, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects, including process redesigns, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and other efficiency-enhancing activities.
  • Help in creating and maintaining documentation related to process changes, project progress, and improvement outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on improvement activities, findings, and results for internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their processes and challenges, and collaborate on solutions.
  • Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Support the training and development of staff on new processes and improvement techniques.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate Degree Program with a focus in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
  • 3.0+ GPA
  • Proficient in using software applications, especially Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborates well in both one-on-one and teamwork settings
