Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze data related to process performance, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects, including process redesigns, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and other efficiency-enhancing activities.
- Help in creating and maintaining documentation related to process changes, project progress, and improvement outcomes.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on improvement activities, findings, and results for internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their processes and challenges, and collaborate on solutions.
- Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Support the training and development of staff on new processes and improvement techniques.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate Degree Program with a focus in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
- 3.0+ GPA
- Proficient in using software applications, especially Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Collaborates well in both one-on-one and teamwork settings
