Practice Information:
- A community hospital with 72 beds, featuring a distinguished medical team of top-tier physicians and specialists.
- An Emergency Department with 17 beds and an annual patient volume of 34,000.
- Five shifts daily, each lasting 8-9 hours.
- Patient load is approximately patients per hour (including those supervised by APPs), with extensive subspecialty support available.
- Utilization of Cerner EMR system.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base rate plus RVU compensation, ranging from $230/hr to $260/hr, with additional night bonuses and annual bonus potential.
- One-year pathway to full partnership and shareholder status.
- A $50,000 sign-on bonus.
