**Job Summary**

Under the overall direction of the Director of Facilities and Transportation, site Principal, and lead custodian as assigned, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining assigned buildings and school grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in assigned buildings and school grounds
  • Ensure that all facilities are safe and accessible for students, staff, and visitors
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and minor renovations
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of the school community
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall appearance and functionality of school facilities

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
