We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Worker for our acute partial program at the Children's Crisis Treatment Center. This position involves providing essential support to treatment teams while addressing the needs of children aged 5-13 and their families who are experiencing crises and behavioral health challenges through a trauma-informed lens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing individualized treatment plans within the Acute Partial Program framework
  • Addressing therapeutic needs to facilitate effective intervention strategies
  • Collaborating with fellow Behavioral Health Workers on a weekly basis to meet the goals of children and their families
  • Engaging in daily team discussions to assess treatment progress
  • Maintaining precise electronic records and fulfilling necessary documentation requirements
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of educational and recreational environments
  • Participating in both internal and external training sessions, including mandatory training programs

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of one year of direct care experience with children and adolescents is essential.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for all candidates.
