Critical Care Registered Nurse Position in a Busy Trauma Hospital

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at TriStar Summit Medical Center, a leading provider of emergency heart and stroke care in Davidson, Wilson, and surrounding counties.
As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient-centered care to critically ill patients. You will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, performing procedures as ordered by medical providers, and ensuring thorough documentation of care administration.
The ideal candidate will have RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state, an Associate's degree with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and BLS certification within 90 days of employment. ACLS certification is also required within six months of hire. A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as comprehensive medical coverage, flexible spending accounts, and education assistance.
