Position Overview:
As a vital member of the clinical team, the Nurse Practitioner plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. This position involves working in a community-focused healthcare environment that prioritizes effective patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Act as an educator and mentor, guiding nursing staff in critical care practices.
- Uphold and promote high standards of nursing excellence through continuous evaluation of practice standards.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a current advanced practice nursing license in Massachusetts.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Coronary Care Unit (CCU), or medical-surgical nursing.
- Previous hospital experience is preferred.
- Certification in CPR is required; ACLS certification is highly desirable.
