Position Overview

Flexible scheduling options: Part-Time or Full-Time, with shifts ranging from 24 to 40 hours.

Day shifts available: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, including every other weekend.

Evening shifts available: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, including every other weekend.

Night shifts available: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including every other weekend.

We welcome both experienced RNs and new graduates.

Special RN Baylor shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM & 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, required every weekend.

Attractive sign-on bonuses: $5,000 for full-time positions and $2,500 for part-time roles (24 hours or more).

Competitive shift differentials ranging from $8 to $15 per hour.

Highly competitive hourly wage of $54.00.

New incentive program for RNs: Earn a $5 per hour bonus for all hours worked each quarter.

Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital is a community-focused facility that excels in delivering exceptional care. Our two specialized units cater to medically complex patients, similar to a medical-surgical or telemetry environment. With patient stays averaging 2-3 weeks, our nursing staff has the opportunity to witness and support significant patient progress.

We are in search of compassionate, energetic, and committed nursing professionals.

Both novice and seasoned nurses are encouraged to apply.

Available shifts include both 8-hour and 12-hour options.

  • Comprehensive orientation program lasting 6 to 12 weeks.
  • Additional training opportunities in Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia Interpretation, IV and Phlebotomy Skills, and ACLS.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Current BLS certification for Adults, Children, and Infants.
