Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Operate cash registers and related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies and merchandise, and completing paperwork and documentation.
  • Receive and stock merchandise in the pharmacy area, and maintain the pharmacy area by following company procedures and utilizing equipment appropriately.
  • Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to complete work assignments and priorities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
