We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will provide pharmaceutical care to our patients, including computer order entry, drug distribution, and evaluation of medication orders.
Responsibilities- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including computer order entry and drug distribution
- Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, dose, frequency, and adequacy of monitoring
- Evaluate drug interactions and allergies, and provide therapeutic monitoring of drugs
- Work closely with pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient and accurate medication management
- GA state Pharmacist license required
- Bachelor's Degree
