Position Overview

As a dedicated Immunization Sales Consultant, you will engage directly with healthcare professionals, advocating for our leading vaccine brands within Pediatrics, Integrated Delivery Networks, and Public Health sectors. This role is designed for remote work within your designated territory and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with a diverse range of critical accounts across various customer segments.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients and negotiate product formulary inclusion.
  • Secure contractual agreements for CSL Seqirus vaccine offerings.
  • Drive sales of the flu product portfolio in key accounts, including Pediatrics, IDNs, FQHCs, and both independent and corporate-owned healthcare providers.
  • Design tailored value-added programs for each account by understanding their unique needs and aligning available resources to meet established objectives while exemplifying CSL Seqirus values.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to prioritize key accounts and execute strategic initiatives set by the commercial team.
  • Identify and create opportunities for sales growth within assigned segments.
  • Conduct regular collaborative meetings with your team to implement the tactical plans established by sales and marketing.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues in Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service to enhance field efforts and business growth.
  • Be prepared for occasional overnight travel.

Role Expectations:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve CSL Seqirus brand objectives while identifying new opportunities with key accounts.
  • Evaluate both short-term and long-term goals of accounts to promote sales and facilitate the introduction of company products and services in alignment with provider objectives.
  • Organize meetings with clients to discuss product information and treatment protocols.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure agreement and lay the groundwork for new business opportunities.
  • Create a customer engagement strategy, including routing, strategic key account business plans, and daily pre-call preparations.
  • Act as a representative of the Seqirus Customer Experience vision, serving as the voice of the customer to enhance team understanding of customer challenges and develop business solutions that strengthen partnerships within primary channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, B2B, or relevant healthcare/clinical settings.
  • Proven ability to communicate and engage with clients, emphasizing scientific knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings as required.
  • Business title will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience.
