Job Summary:

As a Radiologic Technologist with AHMC Healthcare, you will be responsible for performing CT and MRI imaging scans on patients and coordinating patient flow and activities related to the scanners. This role requires a strong understanding of radiology principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT and MRI imaging scans on patients, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
  • Coordinate patient flow and activities related to the scanners, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest radiology technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training.

Requirements:
  • Current License by the State of California in Radiology and Fluoroscopy.
  • Current certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification.
  • Venipuncture Certification.
  • 2 years prior experience in the performance of CT and/or MRI procedures preferred.
