Job Summary:

As a Radiologic Technologist with AHMC Healthcare, you will be responsible for performing CT and/or MRI imaging scans on patients and coordinating patient flow and activities pertaining to the scanners. This role requires a strong understanding of radiology principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and/or MRI imaging scans on patients, ensuring accurate and high-quality images
• Coordinate patient flow and activities pertaining to the scanners, ensuring efficient and safe operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in radiology technology and practices

Requirements:

• Current License by the State of California in Radiology and Fluoroscopy
• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists preferred
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Venipuncture Certification
• 2 years prior experience in the performance of CT and/or MRI procedures preferred
