Role Summary

Village Idiot Pizza is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and drink recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our Guest Obsessed culture and implement it in your daily interactions with guests.
• Make informed food and drink recommendations to guests, addressing all menu- and service-related questions.
• Build strong relationships with guests by checking in regularly and anticipating their needs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area, including bar stools, high tops, and surrounding floors.
• Handle guest complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Meet the local, legal minimum age requirement of 21 years old to pour and serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Manual dexterity and coordination when using hands to pour drinks, carry dishes, cut garnishes, etc.
