We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Holiday Companies. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Ring up sales on the cash register accurately and efficiently
- Perform multi-function operations of fuel consoles, lottery machines, and other equipment
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves
- Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety and cleanliness
- Assist with receiving and verifying vendor deliveries
- Control merchandise, cash shortages, and other selling expenses
- Assist new applicants with the application process
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
