Avesta Housing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Specialist (PSS) to join our team at 75 State Street. As a PSS, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

About the Position

This is a non-exempt/hourly position that pays $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, plus any applicable shift differentials. We require a valid PSS license and experience working with residents in a personal care environment is preferred. You will also need excellent judgment, a caring attitude, detail orientation, good communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
