Job Overview

Hancock Claims Consultants Technicians is seeking a skilled Roofing Inspector to join our dynamic field team. As a Roofing Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess roof damage and provide accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct roof inspections to identify damage and assess the extent of damage
  • Use technology to document findings and complete inspection reports
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide clear and concise information
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and ability to transport and carry a 32' ladder
  • Ability to complete inspection documentation via a Hancock-approved device
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams
  • HAAG Certification is a plus
  • Ability to obtain any required certifications or credentials
