As a Sales Floor Manager, you will play a key role in motivating and guiding your sales team to success by ensuring our customers receive exceptional service at our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales operations for new and pre-owned powersports, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Be a service-driven, visible leader, coach, and motivator for the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate the sales team daily to meet and exceed sales goals through clear expectations and open communication.
  • Monitor customer traffic in the dealership and manage sales floor coverage to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • Understand the process of structuring sales deals, including financial options and F&I product objectives.
  • Closing sales with guests, including the introduction and selling of F&I products.
  • Explain financing options and keep customers informed and updated throughout the purchase experience.
  • Present numbers and close deals for the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Powersports, RV, Marine, or Automotive Dealership in Sales.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a leadership role in a dealership (Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Closer, etc.).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
  • A motorcycle endorsement is not required but welcomed.
  • A passion for powersports and understanding of the products and industry is strongly desired.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly.
  • Strong knowledge of finance products and deal structure.
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
