Lead Loadmaster Instructor

At OBXtek, we are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the role of Instructor Loadmaster/CI on the MC-130J MDS for the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) 492 Special Operation Wing (SOW). This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for teaching and operational excellence.
About the Role
We are looking for experienced Instructors who can provide expert guidance and instruction to our team members. As an Instructor Loadmaster/CI, you will play a critical role in developing the skills and knowledge of our personnel, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options.
Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing instruction and guidance to team members on loadmaster procedures and operations
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our personnel
- Collaborating with other instructors and subject matter experts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of loadmaster operations
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities and participant progress
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in loadmaster operations or a related field
- Proven instructional skills and experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- A strong understanding of loadmaster procedures and operations, with a focus on safety and efficiency
