Compensation and Benefits:

  • New Employee Hiring Bonus: $10,000
  • Annual Compensation: Ranges from $75,246 to $109,746, depending on experience and qualifications.

Our technicians play a crucial role in providing exceptional air medical services, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough maintenance services, including mechanical inspections and repairs, while keeping the Lead Technician informed.
  • Oversee inventory management to maintain adequate supplies and equipment, and document all expenditures accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company policies, ensuring all service paperwork is completed correctly.
  • Foster a safe and organized work environment for both the maintenance team and flight crew.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.
  • Be prepared to travel up to 75% of the time to various maintenance locations as required.
  • Adapt quickly to new environments with minimal prior knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Three years of FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification experience.
  • Three years of experience with turbine-powered helicopters.
  • Strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Experience with aircraft maintenance systems and record-keeping.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CFR Parts 133, 135, and 145.
  • Skills in avionics troubleshooting and electrical repairs.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work on scaffolding or ladders safely.
  • Capable of standing, kneeling, and lying in various positions for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 150 pounds with assistance.
  • Manual dexterity and physical strength to operate tools and perform repairs.
  • Ability to identify sounds and vibrations in aircraft, with potential use of hearing protection.
  • Visual acuity for inspection and repair tasks, including color differentiation.
  • Compliance with FAA drug and alcohol testing regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
