Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Weatherization Installation Crew Member to join our team at Utah Community Action. As a key member of our Weatherization Program, you will be responsible for installing energy-efficient upgrades on qualified low-income residential structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install energy-efficient upgrades, including doors, windows, duct and surface sealants, vapor barrier, insulation, framing, sheet rock, exhaust fans, and other energy-saving measures.
  • Perform minor residential repairs and renovations.
  • Work with homeowners to ensure professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Transportation, tools, and equipment will be provided.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of residential construction experience, including insulation, framing, remodeling, or other related fields.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a respirator fit test.
