Key Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) to the J6 in a consistent, reliable, and cost-effective manner in support of the N&NC mission.
  • Support the modernization and delivery of secure and resilient network communications.
  • Collaborate with the J6 to identify and implement IT solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT staff on ITSM best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance up to TS/SCI.
  • Related experience in Enterprise IT Support.
  • Education and years of experience will vary based on position and customer requirements.
