Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve classic and creative cocktails, beer, and wine to our guests
  • Interact with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations
  • Ensure accurate accountability of food and beverage sales to each guest
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including inventory management
  • Work efficiently to meet high demand during peak hours
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience working as a bartender
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Delaware Department of Health food safety standards
