Job Overview:

As an Onsite Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, bulk intermediate, and finished products.

Estimated Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, and finished goods.
  • Inspect products, ensuring quality standards are met (1st Piece, Capability Studies, In-Process).
  • Conduct process audits.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies.
  • Create or follow internal procedures and support manufacturing engineering on work instructions in order to meet or surpass quality levels of the ISO 9001 standards.
  • Compute and relate metrics regarding customer defect information, scrap, and inspection data.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to review open issues and activities to be resolved or acted upon
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
