Job Opportunity at Matthew's Restaurant

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Matthew's Restaurant in San Marco. As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with our Chef de Cuisine to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Excellent knife skills and strong product knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic food safety understanding and practice.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
