Ring Power Corporation is a leading Caterpillar dealer in the Southeastern United States, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain company standards in housekeeping and contamination control.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service, ensuring order accuracy and capturing customer signatures upon receipt.
  • Support key business initiatives, such as freight recovery, service charge reduction, returns, and collections.
  • Assist customers in a consultative manner to provide best solutions, determining urgency and capturing pertinent data.
  • Stay knowledgeable on CAT and other Prime Product lines, and stay current on all informational resources and training curriculum.
  • Communicate effectively with customers on processing, tracking, and completion of orders, and relay pertinent customer information to management.

    • Basic phone and email knowledge and etiquette.
    • Warehouse operations experience.
Working Environment:

  • Work Schedule: Work is typically performed during regular business hours with occasional requirements to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
