**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Barista Lead to join our team at Coborn's. As a Coffee Barista Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a remarkable experience in our coffee shop.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist guests with their beverage and food orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare all beverage and food orders to the highest standard, ensuring that they meet our quality and presentation expectations.
  • Be knowledgeable about all product offerings and answer guests' questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate all machines in the coffee shop, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
  • Understand and execute recipes for all beverages, including coffee drinks, teas, and specialty drinks.
  • Perform back-up duties to the Coffee Shop Manager, including ordering product, completing inventory, and completing required reports.

**Requirements**

  • Previous customer service, retail, or coffee barista experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Knowledge of coffee and food preparation is a plus.
