Job Title: Service Assistant

Job Summary:

The Service Assistant plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This individual will be responsible for resolving customer issues, creating service documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and maintain accurate service records, including customer information and equipment details.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide informed support to customers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of service plans to meet customer needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and CRM/ERP business systems applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Work Environment:

This position is based at our Creedmoor, NC offices and requires a full-time, hourly commitment. The general hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with an hour break for lunch. These hours may vary.
