Admissions Representative/Sales

Dark Horse Institute is seeking a dynamic and consultative individual to join our Admissions team. As an Admissions Representative/Sales, you will guide potential students through the admissions process, inspiring them to pursue and succeed in their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of all training programs offered by DHI.
  • Conduct extensive outreach to inquiries through phone calls, email, and texting.
  • Interview prospective students and complete their enrollment paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Conduct individual and/or group tours through the campus.
  • Assist students in the application and relocation process.
  • Maintain contact with candidates throughout the admissions process.
  • Participate in campus activities, including Open houses, appreciation days, orientation, and graduations.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of sales experience.
  • Positive attitude and self-starter mentality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with both staff and students.
  • Goal-oriented and highly ethical.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities.
  • Passion for music is a plus.
