Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing direct care to an assigned group of patients under the supervision of a RN and in cooperation with other nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to provide services to one or more age populations, including adolescent through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of a RN
• Collaborate with other nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements

• Graduate of an LPN School of Nursing
• Current state LPN license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
