Job Opportunity

HealthDrive is seeking a skilled Optometrist to provide high-quality eye care services to residents in long-term care, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat refractive disorders and ocular conditions caused by age-related illnesses.
  • Examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases, injuries, and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures.
  • Identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye.
  • Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
  • Travel to skilled nursing facilities as part of our mobile model treatment.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.)
  • State professional license
  • Valid driver's license
  • TPA certified/Legend Drug Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and use email, the internet, and other healthcare-related software.
