As a Registered Nurse Resident, you'll participate in a residency core curriculum, providing direct nursing care to patients in a complex medical care and neurology unit. You'll work closely with a coach to establish and revise priorities for patient care activities, initiate and maintain interventions to ensure safe and effective care, and respond to data indicating risk to individual health.
Requirements:- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
