Position Overview:
We are currently in search of skilled Residential Pool Maintenance Technicians to fulfill essential service tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to manage work orders and execute various maintenance duties effectively.

Compensation:
Starting at $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, commencing promptly at 7 am until all assigned tasks are completed. Overtime and occasional Saturday work may be required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong attention to deadlines and details

Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be tasked with ensuring the timely execution of weekly service contracts through the following duties:

  • Assist with work and repair orders efficiently
  • Test and balance water chemistry
  • Brush, scoop, and vacuum pools, spas, and water features
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain inventory of materials and supplies

Supervisory Duties:
This role includes direct supervision of up to two employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities encompass training staff, planning and assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Less than one year of related experience or training
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements:
The role necessitates the ability to stand, use hands, reach, and communicate effectively. Candidates should be capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and should possess specific vision abilities, including depth perception.

Work Environment:
The position involves regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions and may require working in high or precarious places.
