Virtual Education Specialist for Special Needs Students

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Education Specialist to work with students with special needs. This is a unique opportunity to join our team at ProCare Therapy and make a meaningful impact in the lives of exceptional students.
About the RoleThis position involves delivering virtual instruction to students with special needs, creating and implementing effective strategies and accommodations. As a Virtual Education Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and teaching customized lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of each student.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality virtual instruction to students with special needs
- Create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and provide ongoing support
- Develop and teach customized lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of each student
- Collaborate with parents and fellow educators to ensure seamless communication and progress tracking
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Proven experience in delivering virtual instruction to students with special needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues
