We are seeking a highly motivated staff member to fill our Preschool Teacher position at our Mira Mesa location.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. A passion for child development and early education is essential for this role.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, vacation time, paid personal and sick leave, employment milestone rewards, and employee bonuses.

Responsibilities

This role involves working in a dynamic environment with a team of dedicated educators. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and providing high-quality care to our students.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of developmentally appropriate practices for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 ECE units, with infant and toddler units being a plus.
  • A current Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR/First Aid certification and TB test results.
