Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Education Professional. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our curriculum in a way that caters to the unique needs of each child, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and learn through play.
  • Develop strong relationships with parents, working collaboratively to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
  • Support your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or demonstrate a willingness to obtain them.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain).
  • Basic proficiency in computer use, ability to lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English fluently to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
