About the Position

The Cleveland Clinic Foundation is seeking a highly qualified Sleep Medicine Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our Sleep Disorders Center, you will be responsible for conducting research in the field of sleep medicine and circadian rhythm disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in sleep medicine and circadian rhythm disorders, with a focus on investigation of pathophysiology and impact of sleep and/or circadian rhythm disorders in health and disease.
  • Collaborate with our data scientist/biostatistical team to analyze large registry of structured and unstructured sleep physiologic data.
  • Develop and implement clinical and translational scientific initiatives, including clinical trials and cohort studies.
  • Work with our basic science investigators in the Lerner Research Institute to advance our understanding of sleep and circadian rhythm disorders.
  • Train and mentor the next generation of sleep scientists through institution of mentored career paths.
Requirements
  • MD/DO or PhD degree.
  • Proven research track record in sleep medicine.
