About the Opportunity

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced physician to lead its Sleep Medicine Center. As a key member of our Neurological Institute, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and research activities of the center, driving innovation and excellence in sleep medicine, and contributing to the development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sleep Medicine Center, overseeing clinical and research activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to advance the field of sleep medicine, including research, education, and community outreach.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and advance the center's mission.
  • Recruit and develop a talented team of sleep medicine professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in sleep medicine, applying evidence-based practices to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements
  • Board certification in Sleep Medicine and a related core ABMS specialty of medicine.
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical or research setting.

  • Strong clinical and research skills, with a commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in sleep medicine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
