Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CAE Engineer with a strong background in Chassis to join our team at Satyam Venture Engineering Services. As a CAE Engineer, you will be responsible for performing durability simulations, fatigue analysis, and optimization on Chassis, Closures, BIW, and Battery sub-systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform durability simulations on Chassis, Closures, BIW, and Battery sub-systems
- Conduct fatigue analysis and optimization on Chassis, Closures, BIW, and Battery sub-systems
- Develop and maintain simulation models using ANSA, ABAQUS/Implicit, Optistruct, and nCODE
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation results into product development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CAE and simulation tools
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in CAE engineering with a focus on Chassis
- Strong knowledge of ANSA, ABAQUS/Implicit, Optistruct, and nCODE
- Experience with durability simulations, fatigue analysis, and optimization
- Domain experience in Chassis, Closures, BIW, and Battery sub-systems
