Job Overview:

As a key member of our IT team at Omni Inclusive, you will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, management, and troubleshooting of a large-scale enterprise Microsoft Windows environment, including versions 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems while ensuring prompt repair of server hardware.
2. Oversee the installation and management of VMware vSphere versions 5.x and 6.x.
3. Proactively maintain and enhance all infrastructure technologies to ensure continuous uptime of services, 24/7/365.
4. Engineer systems administration solutions tailored to various project and operational requirements.
5. Uphold best practices in managing systems and services across all environments.
6. Serve as a point of escalation and support for the Service Desk Team.
7. Engage in weekend maintenance activities as necessary.
8. Execute routine system administration tasks and monitor servers to troubleshoot issues.
9. Produce comprehensive documentation for application deployment, configuration, and related processes.
10. Manage ESXi deployments, including VM creation, templates, snapshots, and backups.
11. Administer and support the VMware platform while maintaining thorough documentation on virtualization practices.
12. Provide 24/7 on-call support for the operational environment.
13. Offer training and technical guidance to Tier I personnel.
14. Extend additional support for backup and storage functions when required.
