Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA/CMT to join our team at Commonwealth House Assisted Living. As a caregiver in our small, 10-bed community, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care and support to our residents in a home-like setting.

Our community is a boutique assisted living facility that prides itself on providing concierge care to our residents. We are a family-owned and operated business, and we are committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

As a caregiver at Commonwealth House, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for conducting activities with residents, such as games, arts and crafts, and other engaging activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for light meal preparation and housekeeping duties.
