Clinical Manager Job Description

Jewish Family & Children's Service (JFCS) is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the Adult Integrated Health program. The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision and guidance to direct services, ensuring high-quality care for adult members and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support clinicians in developing and implementing client-centered plans, including transition, discharge, and aftercare strategies.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to design and implement programs that expand the continuum of services, addressing the unique needs of adult clients.
  • Facilitate clinical collaboration with external agencies, such as the Probation/Parole Department, Division of Developmental Disabilities, and other providers, to ensure seamless service coordination.
  • Participate in job-related committees, including Substance Abuse, Utilization Management, Safety, and Risk Management, to drive quality improvement and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit reports, such as Incident Reports, CPR referrals, QI/QM activities, performance audits, and meeting minutes, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the treatment and management teams to implement agency policies and procedures, stay abreast of community trends, and identify gaps in services to better meet client needs.
  • Facilitate CFT and MFT participation and/or facilitation, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in a human services field.
  • Independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) conferred by the AZBBHE.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the behavioral health field, post-master's.
  • 2 years of management experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Ability to maintain licensing and DPS fingerprint clearance.
  • Management experience is highly preferred.
