About the Role

Cassia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Lakeside Generations. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Minnesota.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work a consistent schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
