Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with nurse-delegated tasks, such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
- Enhance residents' quality of life through communication, interaction, and support with daily activities
- Participate in comprehensive training and CNA certification program
- No prior nursing or medical experience required
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
- Must be able to pass MN Background Check
