As a vital part of our team, restaurant crew members are essential in providing outstanding customer service by delivering prompt and friendly assistance in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include keeping a clean and sanitized workspace, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. No prior experience? We are here to provide the necessary training.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage in general customer service tasks, such as taking food orders, responding to inquiries about menu items, and addressing customer needs.
- Manage cash register operations and identify additional sales opportunities for customers.
- Prepare customer orders accurately and safely from various kitchen stations, including sandwich assembly, fry preparation, grilling, or other stations based on the restaurant's concept.
- Utilize various methods and technologies to maintain food safety standards, ensuring the delivery of fresh and safe products to customers.
- Additional responsibilities may include cross-training in other areas such as store cashier, kitchen operations, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing 25+ pounds and work in varying temperature conditions.
