Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Accurately process payments and handle customer transactions.
  • Prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen, including the sandwich making line, fry station, and grill station.
  • Use various methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions within the restaurant.
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including cross-training in other departments.
Requirements
  • Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
  • Ability to work in various temperatures.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
