- Utilize guest passes to maintain enrollment numbers at or above 9.

- Implement effective classroom and child redirection strategies.
- Attend triweekly group coaching sessions and bimonthly team meetings.
- Engage in marketing initiatives and maintain communication with parents.
- Support children positively through all stages of their development.

- Assist the Operations Team with inventory counts.
- Keep track of weekly scorecards to monitor progress.
