THE ROLE

Manufacturing careers that offer more: The Primient Chemical Production Technician role is distinct from typical factory positions. While there is some manual labor involved, the job is not limited to repetitive tasks. Each shift presents unique challenges and diverse responsibilities as part of a collaborative team. From day one, you will be acquiring and mastering essential skills, setting you on the path to becoming a proficient technician.

  • Ability to diagnose, operate, and manage mechanical and chemical processing systems.
  • Willingness to learn new concepts through process documentation and manuals.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Physical capability to work in varying temperatures, climb stairs and ladders, lift and carry up to 55 lbs, and perform other physical tasks.
  • Flexibility to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule in a continuous operation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic mathematics, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Shift System:

We operate 24/7/365 with rotating shifts over a 14-day cycle. Our scheduling allows for predictable shifts, enabling you to plan ahead. You will not work more than three consecutive days, with opportunities for overtime available.
