Key Responsibilities- Production Oversight: Monitor and manage production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, parts, and equipment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of vacuum coating equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Employee Development: Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to employees to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in optical manufacturing, preferably in Anti-Reflective and Hi-Vision, with 3-5 years of management experience in a production environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive business growth.
