We are seeking a positive, hardworking, customer-facing Part-Time Sales Associate for our Pasadena store. As a key member of our team, you will provide best-in-class customer care and elevated service, delivering a positive, personalized experience to each customer. You will develop meaningful customer connections and build a strong neighborhood community, while possessing expert knowledge of Parachute branding and products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Parachute products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and community members
  • Assist with opening and closing functions, including processing returns and exchanges
  • Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work weekends and during the holiday season
  • Retail sales, showroom, or customer service experience
  • Experience using a point of sale system
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude
