Mingledorff's Inc is seeking a Warranty Communications Specialist to join their team in the role of Warranty Communications Coordinator. The position offers an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year. As a Warranty Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining warranty communications, including drafting, publishing, and distributing marketing and support materials.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and at least 1+ years of marketing experience. Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite Cloud, Photoshop, or Illustrator are required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will also possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

In this role, you will work cooperatively with others, comply with all company policies and procedures, and maintain regular, punctual, and reliable attendance and availability. The position may require remote work but requires regular physical attendance at meetings held at the corporate office.

As a Warranty Communications Coordinator, you will create and design multiple workflows to streamline processes utilized by warranty and technical services teams, develop presentations, video scripts, and visual illustrations to educate customers on products and services, and manage customer training compliance. You will also facilitate technical training certification, organize training classes, and partner with the Marketing Department to develop creative strategies and ensure professional branding and appearance of communications.
